@safetypr Thanks for your inquiry. I’m adding a pic and description from the athleta website and the size guide to the listing. The size is M waist is 29-30 and hip is 39.5-40.5. I hope this is helpful

No, I don’t trust their sizing. I have tops that are xl to small (all fit). I have 3 different size bottoms - it depends on style. I believe a tape measure so either try on an item in store, order the same style multiple times or request measurements of an actual item.
