Are these little stretch or high stretch?

I’d say high stretch because I was shocked that the flat waist measurement was 14” because my size 29 100% cotton Levi’s, which have zero stretch, are 14.5” and definitely feel tighter than these! However they still hold their shape well, and don’t get saggy in the butt like some jeans with stretch tend to do lol. They are super comfy! I just lost a little weight so they’re just a little big on me now.
