They’re patent leather & definitely shine a bit in the light. Super cute! 🎀 . Flaws: There’s a tiny stain on the left heel & inside at the back left heel (see photos). But the exterior stain is barely noticeable, & the internal one isn’t visible at all when worn. . Do these run true to size? From what my friend who wears this size says—yes. . Women’s US size 6.5.
