KNOX NEW YORK TAN FEDORA HAT SIZE 7 1/8 WITH FEATHER​​​​​​​​​​​​​

1950s Knox New York tan Size 7 1/8 Fedora Hat" It has a 1-3/4" brim and 5-1/2" open crown. The crown is wrapped in a 1" tan colored hat band with buckle and also sports a nice looking feather accent. The hat shows little wear. The surface is in good shape with no staining, flaws or moth nips. The back top of the crown could stand some steam and blocking. The felt has a nice hand and shapes easily. The sweat band is supple and has some noticeable issues but other than that is a nice hat. I am estimating the 1950s date of manufacture based on the logo style .By the middle of the century, Knox Hats were sold all over America and manufactured in Knox’s Brooklyn factory – the largest hat factory in the world.
