Antique 10K Gold Heart Cut Garnet Ring with Diamond Halo

Antique 10K solid yellow gold ring with a heart cut genuine natural red garnet surrounded by a halo of genuine natural diamonds set in white gold. There are also garnet stones in the shoulders of the ring. Due to its age the 10K stamp is worn down and the K isn't visible anymore. Approximately size 7 - 7.5, please see ring sizer photo.
