This beautiful ginger jar is hand-painted with three panels a lovely pastel floral bouquet and a background of dark dotted blue with gold flowers. The lid has two floral panels and a gold-painted finial. It bears the sticker of OTG Japan (Otagiri Mercantile Company), and the artist's signature. The company was in business from 1954 to 1994. This jar is 8" tall with the lid on, and 5" in diameter at the widest part. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. Thanks for looking!
