Westmoreland Glass Egg Holder

These are vintage clear glass double egg cups in the English Hobnail or Thousand Eye pattern, manufactured by the Westmoreland Glass Company.  Design: They are double-ended with a hobnail texture, designed to hold different sizes of eggs.  Function: In addition to holding eggs, they can be used for votive candles or as small trinket holders.  Dimensions: They typically measure approximately \(4\frac{1}{2}\) inches in height and \(2\frac{3}{4}\) inches in width.  Production: The clear crystal version was produced from the late 1920s through the 1970s.
