New POSSE Rosalie polka dot blouse top. Straps are not adjustable. Smocking in back for added stretch. Side zipper. Pleating detail in front. Very minor seam splitting on one of the pleats. Natural bumpy fiber because of the linen. One post on the front of the top looks almost discolored. No other callouts.
