bkachu@bekindlove2 Thats so weird it says I’ve reached maximum attempts to message within the conversation? Not sure if youre running into same error; if you can, I’d add a message after your escalation. If not, let me see if theres a help email for Poshmark

bkachu@bekindlove2 I can’t seem to find a support email as it only shows going thru their portal - and I also realised rereading your message that you cant message either which is frustrating. Can you try going to Order Details for this item and if theres a “Problem…” section click into there to open another request?

bekindlove2Hello- Can you please help me with Poshmark not listening to the fair return issue? They no longer allow anymore messages on our original discussion. I can’t believe they don’t read the messages, and that they think I waited over 72 hours to submit my return request. While as you and I know that it was delivered and picked up and reported all in the same day. Thank you so much!
