karinescloset @_closetvixen correct so if you go through the app it gives us an option to refund, the problem is as a seller i cannot refund the whole item as your still keeping it so i can only do partial refund. If you want full refund im always happy to do so but unfortunately poshmark does require for u to return everything than repurchase. Only reason i dont do full refund is because if i get the top/dress or whatever it is i can still sell it on my clear out shows for something instead of loosing
