Eurosoft by Sofft women's sandals, model Nena, open toe with two straps and covered heel, size 8M. The front strap does not stretch, but the other one does!! The heel is covered in a snake print.  PU and textile with balance manmade materials.  Soft and cushy where the foot goes!! The heel measures 1 1/8". The bottom measures 10 1/4" x 4".
