90’s Y2K Mini Black Velvet Slip Dress With Slit

This is a vintage 90s black velvet slip dress size extra large. I would size it more on the large size than extra large. There is a small slit in the front. The straps are adjustable like swimsuit or bra straps. This will give you the authentic 1990s look! Nice condition.
