Lightweight turquoise blouse with a soft floral print. Features cap sleeves and a gathered neckline for a feminine fit. Breathable fabric ideal for warm-weather wear. Floral turquoise color offers a fresh, summery look. The neck has a piece of silk going around it and it can be loosened or tightened to your desire before tying on the left shoulder. The material tag is missing but it's silk over top of viscose. I sell lots of this brand and they're all the same. The silk overlay is sewn on the bottom to the viscose giving it that tucked look. PTP is 20" when laid flat but it has lots of room and stretch to 22" Length is 28" on the longest front part in the middle. 9/10 for wear.
