This does stretch, but please still check measurements below for fit. As reference it fits me, and I'm bust 31.5in, waist 25.5in, and hips 34in. Note though, the lower set of back straps are loose on me like seen on the mannequin in photos, but they would be easy to take in if you'd need to.
