@karenbrown4276 Length is 44” at longest from top of bust to bottom. Across bust is 15” then about 23” when fully outstretched.

@karenbrown4276 Nope those are the straps. I’m thinking you could probably tuck them in and go strapless but those are straps shown. And they are adjustable.
