Vintage Cloisonné Colourful Floral Bead

This vintage bead is round and somewhat flat, and has a hole straight through from one side to the other. The bead has a blue scalloped border with a dark red background, with some of the gold tone "cloisonné" wires visible as little clouds. The center features 5-petal flowers in white, pink, and yellow with green stems, leaves, and accents. The flowers look like dogwood, except that they have 5 petals and not 4. The sides are identical, though one side (pic 2) has slightly more black dots than the other (pic 1). Pic 3 shows the piece in the palm of my hand as a size reference. I have small hands and though it is smaller than my palm, the size is still decent. The bead has a good weight to it though aside from a pendant necklace, I'm not sure what you could use it for. There is normal wear, most visible as those black dots, but there are no chips, cracks, missing bits of enamel, or other more serious issues.
