❤ this vintage 80s cotton/poly blend dress with working shoulder ties. Seam pockets on each side. Tags still attached. Small dark pink mark on pink rt front bust -have not tried to remove. Could be covered with a pin but not too bad as is pink on pink. Shoulder ties takes me back! Ties & trapeeze style can accommodate many different sizes.
