(2/$20) Teeny Gold Tone Handcuff Bracelet

This bracelet is made of a gold tone metal and is shaped like teeny handcuffs with a long chain between them. The cuff ends open (with a little effort) by pushing a little lever, unfortunately there is no teenier key. To be honest, I'm not even sure this is a bracelet but I'm also not sure what else it could be. Anklet? Prison themed sweater guard? Handcuffs from a civilization of people who have long, thin noodle-like arms? Let's stick with bracelet. There is normal wear, including some tone loss in the cuffs (see pic 1, top of right side cuff), but this piece is still very wearable - or useable - whatever it is.
