@agalmer I’d say it’s pretty true to size with a slimmer fit on the waist but it’s slightly stretchy. Waist lying flat is about 13 in!

@agalmer no worries! The bust is about 15in laying flat. & I’d say it would suit a B-D cup but would be too big on an A. Best suits C cup prob
