1940s Vintage cotton plaid‎ dress

In greens and tans, the color of this dress is elegant in muted tones. It will be beautiful on the right person, but it is quite tiny and the waist line is unforgiving as is the bust. Please see photos for measurements, it would best suit someone size 0 to 2. The dress is missing its original sash, but it is pictured with a striped ribbon in several of the photos and the yellow Vintage belt in one of them. I would be happy to include either of these with the purchase of the dress
