Made from sustainably-sourced leathers, produced one at a time, using traditional, planet-friendly methods, in Pakistan. From harvest to finishing, the leather jackets are made with pride, one at a time, by the traditional farmers and leather workers of Pakistan. They utilize only skins that are a byproduct of raising food for the local community, collected on small, family farms. They will never create more clothing than the need for food can supply skin for. The tanning process employs generational master leather craftspeople, working with heritage methods, to produce some of the softest and most distinctive leathers on earth, while ensuring a minimal footprint. JKT have partnered with these highly skilled workers to establish production for our garments in the same place our leather is made, lowering our carbon output while giving our makers additional control over each garment. The result is a softer, more ethical, and more beautiful garment – a leather jacket you can love for a lifetime. The color is a beautiful tan color that goes with so much in your wardrobe and makes a very cool statement with it's cropped style. I would wear it with dresses, a tank and jeans or your favorite blouse/shirt layering the lengths.
