Vintage Italian 18K solid white gold ring with an oval cut genuine natural blue sapphire surrounded by a halo of genuine natural white sapphires. Stamped 750 for 18K. Also stamped with a star 734 and AL which indicates a piece of Italian jewelry made in the province of Alessandria (AL).
