Forever 21 Leopard Print Chiffon Blouson Mini Dress

This is a fabulous (gently worn but in great condition) turquoise and leopard print chiffon mini blouson dress that can also be worn as a long blouse with pants or leggings. 100% polyester fabric, and fully lined. Measures about 34"L, 20"W across bottom hem, and 16"W inside waist. Deep V-neck with empire waist and cold shoulder/slit sleeves. Visible snags in the fabric, and a tiny seam that needs additional stitching/or a simple safety pin added, as shown in photos.
