Navy off shoulder or short-sleeve top with vibrant floral embroidery. Hems have lace trim. Materials tag was removed, feels like rayon. In great wash wear condition. It does work as a t shirt top too, but more fitted or perhaps an xs if fitted that way. I just don’t have the boobs for an off the shoulder top so this works great! Measurements in photos
