This is super soft, like a t shirt fabric.
It has black floral embroidery and trim at the bottom.
It is an elastic waist pull on skirt.
There are four small stains near each of the sides seams in the back. I've washed it with Oxy and they are very faint. There are none in the front of the skirt.
