Pontifa gold filled/Plated/Rolled? watch necklace vintage 70s wind-up working!

Great vintage condition but does have one scratch on the glass face. The watch is about 1.25 inch diameter. From clasp to the bottom of the watch is 14 inches. This has beautiful etched details and watch makers four Roman numeral details. This will need to wound up daily or every other day. I did test with 14k acid and it holds a line but I’m not certain if it’s gold filled, gold rolled or gold plated.
