Reposhing this item I purchased from @clkoeni. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. This beautiful powder blue elegant dress is intricately beaded. See photos. Just saw one very small area near top back area where few silver beads loose but nothing you would notice. The dress has weight, fully lined and looks very elegant, chic and expensive. When on has a kind of shimmer from the beading. The blue is a soft lighter blue that goes beautifully with a softer look. It is a tad long on me as I am 5'3" tall. I bought to wear to a Summer Wedding as a Guest.

Does the color lean more light blue or more of a bluish/grey (slate)? Is the size 12 run big/small?
