Tropical palm trees print shorts romper size medium. Fabric is 100% polyester. Item pulls on over-the-hips and ties at back of shoulders. Shoulder straps are adjustable. Waist is elasticized, cute ruffled detailing at legs. Approximate unstretched measurements are 34” at bust, 26” at waist, 40 inches at hips, 29” in length. I will offer this item at a low price as one shoulder strap is coming a little unstitched and needs three or four stitches to reinforce it, see photo. Otherwise good.
