Hello, what is the waist size laying flat? Also, is it listed as fair due to the hand sewing or is there other wear on this garment?

It is listed as fair due to the hand sewing and the cuts on the tags (both shown in pics). I would mark it as good otherwise. when I measure the orangish stitching above the pockets the waist measures 39 inches. I rechecked it when I just measured it and do not see any flaws. Also, if you want to do a bundle with any of the other jean dresses in my closet I would be happy to give you a good deal. Thank you for looking at my closet.🙂
