Offered is a sweet vintage photo/picture frame handmade in California USA in late 1970s by Artisan Janice. It features a lovely Blue Heart design handcrafted from padded cotton fabric and accented by thin lace and ribbon. It is suitable for a 2.5 x 1.5 inch photo, and has a front-loading design for easy photo insertion. It comes with an original price tag marked $5.50 in 1978, which today equals to $27.36. The cottage French theme adds to its unique appeal, making it a special and decorative collectible for any home. These frames were all the rage in the 1970s in California, and this artisan sold literally hundreds of them at that time. We honor her memory and her creativity by offering here the last pieces from her collection that we're starting to list today. And, once they're gone, they're gone forever. Please remember that these never used frames are about 50 years old.
