Foreber 21 velvet flare pants with an all-over floral pattern, size Small. Pull-on style with Elastic waistband. Vintage-inspired color palette in rust and black. Easy to style for casual or dressy looks. Very soft and stretchy. Tall girl friendly. Beautiful pre-loved condition, no stains, the darker areas in the photos is the lighting on the velour, it changes with movement. Really nice condition. The only visible wear is on the very bottom of the hems, please see photos. Leg opening 9", length about 32", rise about 10", waist 12.5" laying flat.
