spoonsme Thanks for your interest. This is a bouncy ribbed knit that holds it shape tightly through shrinking into density when not on the body. So without a body, or a mannequin, p to p is 13, waist is 10, and hips are 16.5. BUT, it is not overstretched looking on me, a true 8, who looks for 17-18 p to p, about 15 for the waist and 18-20 for the hips. Based on its fit on me, and the fact that I can also wear a small in this fabric by PS, I would assume that a US 10 would work as well.
