Kate Spade whimsical garden dress

Kate Spade whimsical garden belted shirt dress in women’s size medium. NWT! I really love everything about this dress except the sleeves. It’s an in-between seasons dress and I’m in the south and have struggled finding an opportunity to wear it. I thought for sure I’d get to wear it for Easter or passover this year but ended up wearing something else so I recognize my opportunity has passed. Comes with the belt. It is lined. Shell is 66% viscose, 34% linen, and the lining is 100% cotton. I paid more than I’m asking so this price is firm!
