New With Tags…Boutique Unbranded(bought directly from manufacturer)…Super cute bow print dress…Size XL…fabric does have a texture/print to it(close up shown in photos). I could call the color off-white, I don’t think it’s dark enough to call cream and too dark to call white. It is a loose fit with a half sleeve(comes to about elbows). It has a cut-out design at the top on the front with a tie detail that you can leave loose or tie into a bow. This is new inventory from my online boutique!
