Holographic Iridescent Mini Skirt - Silver Shine

Iridescent holographic mini skirt. Reflective silver finish with rainbow sheen. Asymmetric wrap front. Black trim along the waist. Trendy statement piece. Never worn, but as it stayed folded in the closet for a long time, it developed these markings, which make the holo effect look distorted. I'm not sure if someone could do something with this skirt, but I've greatly lowered the price to make this possible. Any creatives out there?
