@skallasy It’s a “return protection” tag.
* It’s usually attached in a visible spot (often on the sleeve or front)
* It means you can only return the dress if the tag is still attached
* Once you remove it, the item is considered worn/kept and no longer returnable
This is super common with higher-end occasion dresses (like Mac Duggal) to prevent people from:
* Wearing it to an event
* Then trying to return it after
