Appears to be a one-of-a-kind design from the studios at Ralph Lauren Collection, per label (not from the lower quality, sub-RL brand). There's no size label or place of manufacture, but perhaps made in New York City. Based on how it fits on me, size 4 or 6. How To Wear: Over a black bare shoulder top, criss-crossed in front and tossed over your shoulders. Perfect for a cool evening. Could work as a jacket over a formal, bare shoulder top. Fringe tied like an ascot in front. If you sew or want to take it to a dressmaker, here's an idea to "fix" the lengths and hide the pinhole: Restyle it by gently folding up and stitching the lengths across so it can worn open with the fringe hanging down the front at the waist.
