@kprimm4 Hi! Yes it does. It is a bit long. I’m 5’4” and if I’d worn it, I would’ve needed pretty high heels or to pin the bottom up a bit. It looked really beautiful and flattering on me when I weighed around 160. I weigh 138 now and it is too large.
