SELLING AS IS !!! Please read FULL DESCRIPTION!!! These are FLAWED!! My son’s friend wore these a lot and left them outside. That’s why there’s damage to the top!! They possible shrunk as well. They still light up but it’s a little faint.. Mens size 13 but I would buy for a size 12 because they got left outside for a couple days!!
