@lillian_pan - This dress is unique because it’s adjustable. The necktie is functional and makes it so you can tighten or loosen the bust area. At its loosest I measured it at 26in. I hope that helps!

@lillian_pan - It’s too loose for me. I’m not blesses in the chest area 😂 I normally wear between a L or smaller XL and I would consider this to be a generous XL.
