manderzelm Yes! I am a 27 or 4 in jeans but wide hips around 40 inches. I’m 5’4. This dress was perfect fit but the ties in the back make it more adjustable. Not sure about the height for you, it might be perfect or slightly above your ankle

manderzelm @jordan_geist Sorry I commented above! I think it might fit but the length might be short depending on where you want it to hit. I am an inch and a half shorter and it comes right to my ankle bone in the photo

manderzelm @jordan_geist Sorry my next three days are really busy with work and won’t have time to pull it out and measure until later in the week. If it helps I am a 32DDD / 34 DD and had room!! I would be comfortable enough with no bra but it would fit a bra if I wanted to
