This is the Marisol Ruffled Blouse by Maeve for Anthropologie in a Size 16W. The pattern is Blue Motif, a print featuring tiny penguins cast on a cobalt blue background. The blouse features a ruffled trim around a v-neckline, a button-down front and smocked detailing near the shoulders. The underside of the buttons features a black and white polka dot print. The fabric is 100 percent viscose. Approximate measurements laid flat: Armpit to Armpit, 25 inches; Shoulder to hem, 24 inches; and Sleeves, measured shoulder to wrist, 23 inches The top is in excellent like-new condition, worn just a few times, with no obvious flaws.
