Vintage Black and Tan Fringe Dance Costume With Lace and Pleats

My favorite dress, unfortunately doesn't fit me the way it should. It needs to be worn! It's the most perfect dress. Soft, comfy, not too short. Super pleated circle skirt. Sleeveless with fringe, sequin and lace details. Faux deep cut neckline. The fabric is a spandex blend, has this shiny effect, almost looks like a satin and a leather all in one. It is unmarked, but if i had to guess I'd say late 70's , early 80's.
