Hi. What is the fabric content? In your opinion does it comfortably stretch at the chest across to 18-19”?

@curlyk79 Hey there! So the fabric content is as follows: 100% Polyester and I will add a picture of the tag. Now poly doesn’t stretch but because the part that would go under your right armpit is elastic it has that stretch. I could get it to about 22” when stretched. I hope this helps☺️
