VTG artisan handmade jewelry set

EUC, I believe it is a necklace although there is a belt order form with the set (my Grandma passed this along to me) and a set of posted tassel earrings. All EUC not sure if these were ever even used or worn. Really pretty, not my personal style. I’m pretty minimal in accessories. I think this is a lovely set for people with more style than me lol
