Are the sides of this closed or is it open like you’d need an undershirt?

It is sewn in one place about 3/4 the way down It’s a large arm hole and then tacked down and the open at the bottom. I’m pretty sure I wore it without a cami under it. Just my bra. The way it hangs helps keep everything covered. I mean unless you are going to be hanging upside down or walking around with your arms straight out to the side you would be fine. Hope that helps I’m going to add another pic to help you see it.

No it doesn’t. Has a lot of room. I would say it’s a one size fits most. Just the shirt was a large It’s kinda like a poncho.
