I measured pit to pit, 21”
Shoulder to waist, 17”, dress length 47”
I am short and short waisted. The waist seem falls about 1-2” above my natural waist. If you are over 5’1”, the seem will be several inches above your waist leaving much more room in the waist with full skirt. Very comfortable.
