Hi there does this dress have a feel of cotton or is it more polished feeling. I need a dress for the beach wedding welcome party and I’m looking for a cotton dress. Would you mind posting measurements for bust and waist. Thanks

Definitely 100% cotton. Good weightfeel, not sheer or flimsy. I wish it still fitted me. Had an unexpected "growth spurt"

lol! 😂 I’m going to have to use your “growth spurt” response the next time something doesn’t fit which happens to me all the time. I’m a 36d is there any stretch in the fabric. I’m on the max side of the measurement.
