1807 Pewter Floral Wriggle‎ Work Plate Wriggle Work

Antique Pewter Plate Measures approximately 8.75" across. Wrigglework Wriggle Work Design of a tulip and banding in the center. There are 3 initials that look to be C G S and a date which looks like 1807 but I can't be 100% sure on that, please use the enlarge feature to see closer details. On the reverse there are three touch marks. 2 look the same S AB with crossed mallets and then C.T.S and I believe 1708. See photo. In the photo, at the bottom of the plate, there looks to be a "blob" of some sort. I use museum wax to hold it in place for photos so it doesn't slide. Any questions just ask. Shipped fully insured.
