PLANET GOLD Black Gray S Striped Long Sleeve Turtleneck Sweater Dress Y2K Warm I remember I bought this sweater dress at Macy’s after I got divorced in 2003 lol. I wore & cleaned maybe twice. Super cute with boots to leggings! Belt it! ALL of these clothes came from MY closet. Condition is as seen in the pics. I take very good care of my belongings, & obviously have a hard time letting go. They all still fit me, so they are true to size from the era. I can tell you that I am 5” tall & weight about 100lbs (always). So, as an example, everything still fits just like it has & should. 
The label sizes are to be true to the genre.
